Director of Carrier Sales

Joe Dean has 30 years of experience in site development, sales, and operations in the telecommunications industry.Mr. Dean’s career began as a Site Acquisition Agent with Gearon Communications in 1996. The company was acquired by American Tower, where he spent the next 7 years as an Operations Manager.

He has strategically learned all sides of the industry in his experiences in site development, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and sales roles with a strong focus on regulatory, services, and product sales while holding positions at American Tower, SiteSafe, Waterford Consultants, Infinigy Solutions, and ITL/SPX.

Mr. Dean joined StratCap in 2024 to help grow and expand their portfolio in his role of Sales and Leasing. He now serves as the Director of Carrier Sales for EverLink Capital.

Mr. Dean has been actively involved with multiple state wireless associations, including three years as the Secretary for the Georgia Wireless Association. He played baseball for two years at Castleton State College before transferring and graduating from Plattsburgh State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
