Carl Pacheco

Operations Manager

Carl Pacheco brings a diverse background to the company, combining technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, facilities management, and logistics with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as five years of commercial construction experience. During his Coast Guard career, he was responsible for government contracting for critical service assets and weapons systems, developing a strong foundation in compliance, procurement, and project oversight.

Although most of Carl’s Coast Guard service was spent on the East Coast, he retired in California before establishing a permanent home in Tennessee, where he resides with his wife and two youngest children.
