General Counsel
Eric Graham brings 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with deep expertise across landline, fiber, wireless, and satellite networks. He currently serves as General Counsel at EverLink Capital.
Mr. Graham plays a key role in investing in wireless infrastructure opportunities and has primary responsibility for leading acquisition processes and overseeing all related legal matters for EverLink. His career has spanned senior leadership roles across legal, corporate development, government relations, and regulatory affairs.
Prior to joining EverLink, Mr. Graham served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for another digital infrastructure company. Before that, he was an independent consultant providing legal services to tower industry clients, including managing the acquisition of tower assets. Mr. Graham has testified before committees of the United States Senate and United States House of Representatives, participated in numerous Federal Communications Commission panels and working groups, and served as a delegate to international telecommunications standards bodies.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University, a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College.
